    • Mildred P. Hillderbrand was born on September 5, 1914 in Clay County, IL, the daughter of Pearly Holmes and Bessie Tolliver. She married Earl Franklin and later married Leonard White, he precedes her in death. She later married Forrest "Frosty" Hillderbrand, he also precedes her in death.

      Mildred volunteered at the Senior Citizens Center for many years and she participated in the Elder walks in Clay County. Mildred was a very faithful and active member in her church, both the Clay City Church of God and Flora Assembly of God. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.

      She is survived by her son, Richard (Norma) Franklin; Daughter, Dorothy (Corvin) Mitchell;daughter, Lynn (Tom) Dorman; Daughter, Tawanna White; Daughter, Karen Miller; Stepson, Dennis Hillderbrand; Stepdaughter, Joanne Rogers; 15 Grandchildren, 39 Great Grandchildren, 13 Great Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Great Grandchildren; Sister, Thelma Welty; Several nieces and nephews.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, son, William White, daughter, Mable Sharp, daughter, Wilma Laird, and several brothers and sisters.

      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clay County Hospice.
